Job summary

AUSTRALIAN FRUIT JUICE (S) PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional to verify incoming materials, perform in-process and final inspections, and ensure adherence to GMP/SOPs.

The role covers calibration, environmental monitoring, and documentation in line with FSSC 22000 requirements. The successful candidate will conduct product labeling reviews, support audits from SFA/NEA/HACCP/FSSC, provide on-the-job training, and assist with R&D trials and supplier coordination, ensuring

Responsibilities

• Verify QC's incoming raw/packaging material and product labels inspections to ensure materials received are correct and comply with standard specifications
• Ensures raw materials & packaging, in process and final inspection/testing are carried out and recorded according to procedures
• Inspection of finished goods, packaging and labelling
• Production in-line quality control checks and troubleshooting, equipment inspection, including calibration of QC test equipment such as pH meters, weighing scales, thermometers, metal detectors, etc.
• Communicate with relevant departments and ensure product manufactured complies with specifications and ensure production records and proper filing of relevant documents. Verification of production/ technical/ QC records in compliance with FSSC 22000.
• Verify in process packaging integrity test such as dye-testing, cap sealing, foil sealing including the outer carton
• Making rounds at production floor to ensure workers are adhering to GMP and company SOPs including the cleanliness of the premise
• Perform chemical and microbe analysis and records for incoming, in process, finished product and shelf life studies
• Perform environmental monitoring
• Maintain good housekeeping of the laboratory
• Proper maintenance of all documentations and product specifications (Includes FSSC22000)
• Handle customer/ regulatory (SFA, NEA, HALAL, HACCP, FSSC, etc) audits/ request
• Provides in-house training to production/logistics/maintenance staffs
• Support in newly developed product trial run/ R&D
• Pest Control Coordination
• Investigate and feedback customer complaint
• Weekly monitoring of close to expiry stock, returned goods checking
• Liaisingwith service provider on arrangement (HPP, external lab test, etc)
• ProductLabel Vetting and liaising with respective department on amendments/ reprintsrequired
• Performweekly QC checks and complete QC records at affiliated HACCP-certifiedproduction facility
• Otherad hoc QA/QC duties given by department head.
