• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in outlet/hospitality operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day outlet activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Manage site maintenance and ensure equipment is working properly.
• Enforce company SOPs and policies.
• Hire, schedule, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members. Conduct staff performance assessments and provide ongoing coaching.
• Handle staff rosters, performance issues, and team communication.
• Monitor the guest experience and ensure high standards of hospitality.
• Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
