Job summary

CY NOODLE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive outlet operations coordinator to oversee kitchen and outlet performance. You will monitor equipment, enforce policies, manage rosters, assist hiring, and supervise staff to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

You will coordinate with HR for training, support new outlet setups or closures, and ensure effective communications across departments and with contractors. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Checking the kitchen and equipment, monitor and ensure outlet operations run efficiently
• Ensure outlet staffs prepared food follow policies & procedures, minimize food wastage
• Ensure staffs comply with all safety policies & procedures
• Monitored outlets neat & clean at all times, maintain hygiene standards
• Plan and arrange duty roster for outlet staff, ensure enough manpower
• Assist in hiring new outlet staff, handle candidate phone calls and conduct onsite interviews
• Assist in setting up new outlets or closing down outlets
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
• Interact with departments, team members, management, and contractors professionally
• Monitor performance of team members, foster good relationships and team spirit
• Coordinate with HR to arrange training sessions and refresher courses for outlet staff
• Provide supervision, guidance and leadership for teams to achieve sectoral goals
• Other ad hoc duties

4. Monitored outlets neat & clean all the times, ensure all outlets maintaining hygiene standard
5. Plan and arrange duty roster for outlet staffs, make sure enough manpower to support operation
6. Assist in hiring new outlet staffs, handling the phone calls from candidates and process onsite interview
7. Assist in setting up new outlet or closing down outlets
8. Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
9. Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively
10. Monitored performance of all team members, encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way communications
11. In Coordination with HR department to arrange training sessions and refresher courses for outlet staffs
12. Provide supervision, guidance and leadership for teams to achieve sectoral goals
