Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support FCE/NFS lessons, preparing ingredients, materials and equipment for practicals. You will keep cookery rooms clean, maintain hygiene and safety, and help manage kitchen stock and deliveries.

The role requires basic English, at least 3 years of kitchen experience, and a WSQ Level 1 food safety certificate. You must be patient, responsible and able to work well with teachers and students.

Job description

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.15am to 4.15pm, inclusive of the half-hour lunch break.
• Fridays: 7.15am to 3.45pm, inclusive of half hour lunch break.
• However, the Kitchen Assistant is expected to support the school in terms of school events and programmes that may take place beyond the usual 7.15am – 4.15pm time frame.
• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays.
