Job summary

Domestic Maid Specialist is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily cooked-food production, from preparation to packaging and distribution.

You will plan production workflows, develop SOPs, manage raw-material procurement, and lead production teams while ensuring cost control, quality, and on-time delivery across central kitchen operations.

You will monitor production reporting, implement HACCP standards, and optimise inventory to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality assurance systems.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and large-scale food preparation processes.
• Good understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in cooked-food manufacturing, including preparation, scheduling, packaging and distribution.
• Plan and manage production workflow for efficiency, cost control and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement SOPs to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for stable supply chain.
• Supervise production teams: manpower planning, training and performance management.
• Oversee inventory management to minimise wastage and optimise stock levels.
