R&C MANPOWER SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is looking for an Operations Leader to guide the everyday functions of the kitchen and service teams in a compliant, high-standard environment. You will oversee production, delivery, and staffing to ensure consistent quality and service.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, supporting process improvements, and driving cross-functional initiatives while maintaining safety and efficiency across all operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the operations team following SOPs to achieve operational efficiency.
• Guide the Operations Executive and Admins to execute daily tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with SFA, MUIS, and MOM by attending inspections and following up.
• Oversee food preparation, production, and timely delivery to meet quality standards.
• Drive food quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Conduct hygiene, service, and product quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Maintain kitchen infrastructure and equipment for safety and functionality.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff for optimal performance.
• Evaluate staff performance and initiate confirmations, promotions, or training.
• Handle disciplinary actions and resolve grievances to maintain a positive environment.
• Communicate company policies clearly to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, including process automation.
• Manage ordering of supplies to maintain inventory levels for uninterrupted operations.
• Perform administrative duties related to operations management.
• Schedule operations to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
• Submit monthly performance and operations reports to senior management.
