Job summary

DOMESTIC MAID SPECIALIST seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily cooked-food manufacturing, including production scheduling, packaging and distribution in Singapore. You will develop SOPs and manage raw materials procurement while guiding production teams to meet targets, ensure quality, and control costs.

This role also emphasizes inventory management, waste minimisation, and adherence to food safety standards, with a focus on efficiency and timely delivery of finished products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality assurance systems.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and large-scale food preparation processes.
• Good understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product consistency and quality control.

Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stable supply chain operations.

Supervise and lead production teams, including manpower planning, staff training and performance management.

Oversee inventory management to minimise wastage and optimise stock levels.
