Job summary

Ramen Taisho is seeking a Beverage & Service Specialist to be the face of our shop, crafting high-quality beverages and delivering a seamless dining experience for guests.

You will expertly prepare signature drinks, know the menu, manage the POS system, maintain front-of-house cleanliness, and support back-of-house duties while upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe/restaurant or fast-paced service is preferred.

• Strong attention to drink recipes and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Expertly prepare and serve a variety of signature beverages, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and taste in every cup.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the drink menu and ingredients to provide recommendations to guests.

• Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions accurately, and handle guest inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all items meet our presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area, including tables and service stations.
• Support back-of-house operations by assisting with dishwashing and sanitizing equipment to maintain high levels of hygiene and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and workplace health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or fast-paced service environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for quality.
