Job summary

A leading food service provider in Singapore is seeking a Management Trainee (Foodcourt) to oversee daily operations of a food court. The role includes managing vendors, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a degree in hospitality management or a related field, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. This position requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the food court.
  • Ensure all food stalls adhere to operational standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance customer experience.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the food court.
