Job summary

The Quaintest Co. Pte Ltd operates two vibrant F&B outlets in Singapore and seeks an Operations professional to ensure smooth daily running, guest satisfaction, and quality standards. You will lead service flow, oversee beverage prep, train staff, and liaise with suppliers to maintain service excellence across outlets.

Responsibilities include reservations, events coordination, cost control, and budgeting. You may rotate between Symmetry at 9 Jalan Kubor and Xiao Ya Tou at 6 Duxton Hill,

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B operations preferred.
• Open to rotation between Symmetry and Xiao Ya Tou outlets.
• Good spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle all operations of a F&B outlet, including service and beverage prep.
• Coordinate events and reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with costing and budgeting to optimize profitability.

Job description

This candidate will be responsible to handle all aspects of the Operations of a Food & Beverage outlet, including serving customers, preparing beverages, events coordination, reservations, costing & budgeting.

Symmetry @ 9 Jalan Kubor (symmetry.com.sg)

Xiao Ya Tou @ 6 Duxton Hill (xyt.sg)
