Job summary

The COMO Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for our Singapore operations. You will lead a team to deliver consistent guest experiences, oversee service standards, and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the Restaurant Supervisor and requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Restaurant Supervisor.
• Check table setting, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
• Take immediate action to resolve all complaints and issues.
• Manage the guest reservation system alongside staff.
• Receive and greet guests followed by seating them accordingly.
• Adhere to and enforce all restaurant rules, regulations and policies.
• Conduct daily line-up with staff for briefing and debriefing.
• Supervise part-time staff and maintain uniform and service standards.
• Ensure side work is completed daily and supplies are stocked.
• Review daily specials, stations and other applicable announcements.
