Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic hospitality and service professionals responsible for all aspects of the customer experience at the bar and executing beverage recipes to standard for all dining room customers. The role works alongside the team to ensure warm and accommodating service at their bar. The role also responsible to maintain cleanliness and organization in all customer facing areas of the restaurant before and during service.

You will be a personable, detail-orientated professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Excel in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction from greeting to farewell. Experience in hospitality and a positive attitude are essential in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of company.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
• Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift.
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
• Legally eligible to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Able to follow company service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of classic and specialty beverages with the ability to prepare them consistently to quality standards.
