The role requires at least 3 years in a Captain/Supervisor role within F&B, with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Weekend and public holiday work is expected as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Captain/Supervisor in Food & Beverage with leadership experience.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front-of-house service to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Deliver attentive, proactive customer service and upsell items.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with Service/Operations Managers to implement solutions.
• Manage timely delivery of guest orders and ensure quality presentation.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of front and back of house; maintain hygiene standards.
• Prepare mise-en-place to support seamless service flow and timely table resets.
• Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in monthly inventory checks of operating equipment and supplies.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication across staff levels and flexible scheduling.
