Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support professional to manage grocery pricing, order processing and customer service. The role offers a basic up to $4000, yearly bonus, and salary increment, with a 5.5-day workweek.

You will verify pricing, update price changes across accounts, process daily orders, reconcile cash, and help develop SOPs to improve operations. Shortlisted candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Grocery Pricing Management: Verify grocery prices and maintain an accurate and updated master pricing sheet.
• Price Updates: Ensure approved price changes are updated correctly across all customer accounts.
• Order Processing: Handle daily orders accurately and efficiently according to company procedures.
• Cash Collection & Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile cash collected by store drivers, and report any discrepancies.
• System Updates & Documentation: Update transactions in the company system and maintain proper filing of invoices and operational documents.
• SOP & Process Improvement: Assist in developing SOPs, identifying operational issues, and suggesting workflow improvements.
• Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers and assist with enquiries, orders, and basic service requirements.
