Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Pasir Panjang, Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role centers on customer interaction, sales support, order coordination, and close collaboration with internal teams.

You will service existing customers, process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, monitor ordering patterns, and assist with quotations, pricing, promotions, and sales documentation. Diploma holders with 2 years of related experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Sales & Marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing customers while supporting new customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Monitor customers’ ordering patterns and inventory needs, and proactively recommend re-orders or replenishment.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate deliveries with customers, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and documentation.
• Assist with sales quotations, pricing, phone-in orders, promotions, and price updates.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including filing and preparation of sales documents.
• Support promotional activities and field sales operations when required.
• Monitor and record relevant competitor activities and market information.
• Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate department.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
