You should be data-driven, adept at building strategic partnerships, and capable of translating market insights into growth plans. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Key Account Management or FMCG sales.
• Strong negotiation and commercial strategy skills.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to translate data into plans.
• Experience in trade marketing, category management, and trade spend analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building in collaborative environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
• Drive revenue, market share, and product distribution with tailored sales strategies.
• Develop customer-specific business plans using market data and insights.
• Manage trade investments and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
• Lead promotions and in-store activities with marketing and merchandising teams.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional support with retail partners.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance for go-to-market execution.
• Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present account reviews and forward plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and performance reporting.
