PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Account Manager to drive FMCG sales and strengthen key account partnerships in Singapore. You will develop strategies, manage distributors, and work with marketing for effective in-store execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FMCG sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. This role focuses on Modern Trade and General Trade channels with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Experience with Modern Trade and General Trade channels and distributors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage key account relationships and drive sales growth within assigned channels.
• Develop and align annual business plans and strategies to meet channel KPIs.
• Conduct joint business planning sessions and regular reviews with key customers.
• Oversee allocation and effectiveness of advertising and promotion funds.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement category and brand strategies.
• Plan, execute, and assess trade promotions, including pricing and offers.
• Facilitate new product listings and related promotions.
• Monitor distribution and product range extensions to grow category.
• Review retailers' planograms to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with operations to ensure effective store coverage and displays.
• Drive best-in-class execution within the trade.
• Formulate and implement new business development strategies to expand market reach.
• Prepare promotional plans to enter new market segments.
