Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, and to process orders with accuracy while coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Warehouse to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years in customer service, preferably in FMCG/food, with strong MS Office skills and knowledge of ERP/order management systems. O Level or equivalent, Diploma or Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level or equivalent; Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably FMCG/food industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with ERP/order management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with queries related to orders and services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
