The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and strong team leadership. Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of outlet.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate,coach, and develop the floor team to deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective shift handovers.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive working culture.

Guest Experience

• Build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure personalised service.
• Support VIP hosting and special events where required.

Commercial Performance

• Drive beverage and promotional sales through effective upselling.
• Monitor labour productivity and optimise manpower deployment.
• Support initiatives to achieve outlet revenue and profitability targets.

Compliance & Inventory

• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, liquor licensing, and company policies.
• Conduct regular floor inspections to maintain operational standards.
• Assist with inventory control, stock counts, and minimising wastage.

Administration

• Prepare duty rosters in collaboration with management.
• Complete operational reports, incident reports, and shift documentation.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with POS procedures.
