Job summary

LV Aero, LLC in Singapore is seeking a highly organized Flight Dispatcher to coordinate flight operations, trip planning and ground handling for our managed fleet. You will work closely with flight crews, clients, maintenance teams, ground handlers and authorities to ensure every flight is planned and executed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Aviation or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation, preferably within business aviation.
• Experience in flight dispatch, operational control or similar aviation role preferred.
• Strong understanding of flight operations, aviation safety and procedures.
• Willingness to work a 24-hour shift roster, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end trip planning and ground handling for flights.
• Ensure safe, punctual and efficient operation with ground handling services.
• Coordinate worldwide trip planning and ground handling for the fleet.
• Prepare computerised flight plans using flight planning systems such as Avianas.
• Plan and monitor aircraft schedules in coordination with Maintenance, ensuring duty time compliance.
• Monitor flights in progress and inform crews and stakeholders of issues.
• Organise crew rotations and ensure duty/rest requirements per FOM.
• Support and participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Ensure security measures for aircraft, passengers and baggage are in place.
• Coordinate with authorities, agents and service providers for permissions and services.
• Arrange accommodations for crew and provide clear crew briefings.
• Ensure pre-flight and post-flight documentation is completed per regs and policies.
