Job summary

Jet Aviation (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a highly organised Flight Dispatcher to coordinate flight operations, trip planning and ground handling for the managed fleet. You will work closely with flight crews, clients, maintenance teams, ground handlers and authorities to ensure safe, efficient and seamless flight execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Aviation or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry.
• Experience in flight dispatch, operational control or a similar aviation operations role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight requests with clients and manage end-to-end trip planning and operational arrangements.
• Ensure safe, punctual and efficient operation of all assigned flights, including ground handling coordination for aircraft, passengers, crew and baggage.
• Coordinate worldwide trip planning and ground handling arrangements for the managed fleet.
• Prepare computerized flight plans using flight planning systems such as Avianas.
• Plan and monitor aircraft operating schedules with Maintenance, ensuring flight time and duty limitations are met.
• Monitor flights in progress and inform crews of any operational issues.
• Organise crew rotations and ensure duty/rest requirements are maintained.
• Support the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and security measures.
