Job summary

FFL is seeking a Traffic Controller for Pasir Panjang to oversee transportation jobs, assign drivers, and manage trip records. The role focuses on planning, dispatching, and route optimization to ensure timely deliveries and high fleet utilization.

You will coordinate with drivers, customers, and partners, monitor performance, ensure compliance with MOM and WSH, and utilize Singapore road knowledge to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update transportation jobs, driver assignments, and trip records in the system.
• Plan, schedule, dispatch, and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fleet utilization.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, operations, sales, and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor fleet performance and analyze reports to improve operational efficiency, asset utilization, and driver productivity.
• Handle PSA Portnet documentation and container tracking in accordance with established regulatory procedures.
• Ensure drivers are informed of customer requirements and support direct loading and delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), MOM regulations, and company safety standards.
