• 1 year of experience in scheduling, dispatching or logistics planning (service industry preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (training will be provided).
• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule optimization: plan and assign daily routes for service technicians and delivery crews to maximize efficiency.
• Dispatch coordination: monitor real-time schedules, adjust for emergencies, and communicate changes to field teams promptly.
• Customer service liaison: confirm appointments, reschedule when necessary, and ensure SLAs are met.
