Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd invites applications for an aircraft ground handling coordinator. You will plan and assign equipment operators for pushback, towing, water/toilet servicing, and ensure timely departures across GSE operations.

You will liaise with internal teams (IGO, Maintrol, CEG) for towing and utilities servicing, monitor equipment needs with Maintenance, communicate via walkie-talkie to coordinate flights and respond to customer requests, delays, and other duties as

Qualifications

Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Mgt with at least 2 years experience in the similar role in aviation industries.
Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage.
Must be able to perform shift works.

Responsibilities

Plan and assign equipmentoperators for aircraftpushback/towing, water/toilet servicingand supply of GSE equipment.
Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towingand other utilities servicing activities.
Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipmentrequirements/shortages.
Maintain regularwalkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensurepunctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
Attend to customers' requests/complaints (wherenecessary).
Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
