Job summary

Aventa Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for a role supporting airport operations, staff planning, and service delivery.

You will assist in coordinating daily activities, redeploying staff, training new personnel, and ensuring accurate reports and records are maintained. The role requires hands-on involvement in operations and a solid understanding of airport service provisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and air service experience preferred.
• Experience in airport operations and customer service within airlines or ground handlers.
• Management experience with scheduling and staff deployment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing Airport operations as required.
• Assist in coordinating airport operations including planning staff schedules, and relevant reports/paperwork.
• Assist in the re-deployment of staff where required and ensure manpower requirements are met for all the various staff groups.
• Assist in training new staff in the department and ensure product knowledge is accurately delivered to staff.
• Participate and help the staff with the daily operations.
• Possess full knowledge of handling airport services provided by the company.
• Responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationery, and stocks for daily use for own department.
• Receiving and maintaining records and accounts for all flights serviced and attended.
• Attend to vendors’ queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely professional way.
• Conducting and submitting monthly flight lists for accounting purposes.
• Any additional duties (including hands-on duties) as required.
