Job summary

AIR-Q MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee airport services and aviation support activities, directing strategic planning and operational execution.

You will manage workforce planning, budgets, client relationships, and service quality, ensure regulatory and safety compliance in Singapore, and drive sustainable growth across the business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage overall business operations involving airport services, aviation ground operations, and operational support activities.
• Develop and implement business strategies, operational policies, and procedures to improve productivity, service quality, and organisational performance.
• Oversee daily operational activities, manpower deployment, resource allocation, and service delivery to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Manage and supervise department supervisors, operations executives, administrative personnel, and operational support teams.
• Develop business opportunities, establish client relationships, and negotiate service agreements with airlines, airport service providers, and business partners.
• Monitor operational budgets, business expenses, revenue performance, and cost-control measures.
• Establish key performance indicators and evaluate operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore employment regulations, aviation safety standards, airport security procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders regarding business and operational requirements.
• Manage workforce planning, staff development, performance evaluations, and organisational resource requirements.
• Identify operational risks, business challenges, and service disruptions, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Review business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement cost-effective operational solutions.
• Oversee preparation of business reports, operational performance analyses, financial summaries, and management presentations.
• Support business expansion initiatives, new service opportunities, contract management, and long-term organisational development.
• Report directly to senior management or company directors regarding business performance, operational developments, and strategic recommendations.
