Jet Asia Management Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily flight operations, crew planning, ground services, and documentation. You will liaise with clients, pilots, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

On-the-job training will be provided to develop aviation knowledge and skills. You will coordinate flight schedules, ground handling, transportation, accommodation, and catering, and follow up on outstanding arrangements to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or related field.
• Experience in hotel concierge, hospitality, or travel coordination is an advantage.
• No aviation experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate flight schedules and ground handling logistics.
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, catering for flights.
• Liaise with service providers and monitor updates.
• Follow up on outstanding arrangements for timely completion.
• Coordinate crew travel, accommodation, transport, and training schedules.
• Maintain crew schedules and records; communicate itinerary changes.
• Maintain flight records and operational documents.
• Assist with permits, airport slots, and ground handling confirmations.
• Track deadlines and coordinate with operations team.
• Support monitoring flight movements and schedule changes.
