World Fuel Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Aviation Operations Coordinator to support aviation customers across Asia-Pacific and globally. The role combines customer interaction with real-time operational coordination in a 24/7 environment.

You will manage customer requests via phone and email, coordinate with suppliers, airports, fuel providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in aviation operations or related fast-paced environments.
• Experience handling high volumes of calls and emails while prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess urgency and prioritize work based on impact.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer requests via phone and email from aviation clients across the globe.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, responsive, and solution-oriented communication.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and operational issues.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Assess and prioritize requests based on urgency, operational impact, business risk, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Support the resolution of operational disruptions, service issues, and exceptions while following established procedures and escalation protocols.
• Monitor fuel availability, operational risks, and service impacts and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
