Job summary

SATS Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, is a leading provider of air cargo handling and airline catering. This role involves kitchen and on-board support, ensuring meals are prepared, packed and delivered on schedule with safety and quality in mind.

You will work in a diverse, multi-cultural team and help ensure accurate meal types and counts, while performing basic maths and following three rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Capable of carrying weights up to 5 kg.
• Basic math calculations.
• Willing to work 3 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the correct quantity and meal types are sent to the Food Bank on time and that meals are stored accurately
• Collect, check and hand over meals and catering items to crew and monitor last minute top up of meals
• Conduct quality control checks on completed equipment carts and ensure that equipment are present according to the correct Equipment Loading Plan
• Push meal carts and carry catering equipment in the kitchen and on-board aircraft
• Handle and transport meal orders between the kitchen and the aircraft
