SATS Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, is recruiting for a Private Jet Catering Assistant to support their high-profile charter flight operations at Changi and Seletar airports. You will assist in meal preparation, coordinate orders with kitchens and Purchasing, monitor flight movements, and handle admin tasks related to ordering and billing, ensuring every flight's catering needs are met.

Qualifications

• Pleasant disposition and attention to detail.
• Basic food and beverage knowledge required.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Willing to work at Changi and Seletar airports on rotating shifts.
• Good teamwork in a fast-paced catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of catering activities for Private Jets/Charter Flights.
• Orders creation and dissemination to kitchens and support areas (e.g. Purchasing) for follow up;
• Monitor and acknowledge flight advice or movements;
• Handle administrative matters for ordering and billing;
• Ensure that all catering requirements of each flight is met.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by Private Jet ARM
• Cross deployed across sections in Food Solutions when required
