SATS Ltd. in Singapore invites an intern to join the Bakery/Pastry Kitchens, supporting inflight meal preparation and quality control.

You will follow recipes, ensure hygiene standards, and assist in receiving products from stores, working under the Chef-in-charge. This internship provides hands-on experience in a leading airline catering and food services company with exposure to large-scale production.

• Comfortable working in a kitchen setting.
• Able to work in a chiller environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern under the Bakery/Pastry Kitchens, you will be involved in

• 1. Preparation of inflight meals in accordance to recipes and quality expected by airline clients.
• 2. Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations for example, HACCP and Medina.
• 3. Ensure products received from stores or other kitchens meet requirements in terms of quality and quantity.
• 4. All other task as assigned by Chef-in-charge.
