Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Support role to assist the Risk and Compliance team in a MAS-licensed financial advisory firm.

The position focuses on regulatory adherence, audits, reporting, and due diligence, with a strong emphasis on Excel-based data tasks. Ideal candidates will have A-level or Diploma qualifications with relevant industry experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum A-level or Diploma with experience in the financial advisory industry.
• Compliance qualification or FA/insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and general software applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including audits, reporting, misconduct investigations and admin support.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes to the business.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and support ongoing due diligence from partners.
