Qualifications

• Experience in customer service administration or logistics.

• Proficient with office software and booking/dispatch platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, cost breakdowns, and invoices.
• Plan and optimize daily routes, dispatch drivers, and manage delays.
• Maintain digital logs and coordinate fleet maintenance and statuses.
