Job summary

ETHOZ Capital Ltd is seeking a capable operations/fleet coordinator in Singapore to manage daily fleet maintenance and operations for passenger and commercial vehicles. You will plan schedules, monitor vehicle status and ensure SOP adherence while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or operations, MS Office proficiency, and a valid Class 3 driving license. You will coordinate with internal and external customers for daily deliveries and uphold fleet

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Responsible, team-player and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess valid class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations for passenger and commercial vehicles.
• Plan, coordinate schedules and monitor vehicle status.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good customer service.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.
• Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of fleet
• Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet.
• Any other jobs assigned

Education

Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent

2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields

Independent in fast-paced environments

Team-player and organized

MS Office proficiency

Valid Class 3 driving license
