Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Flagship Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the flagship store, align with marketing strategy, and manage showroom activities and events.

The role requires strong customer focus, bilingual English/Mandarin capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage CRM bookings, and support sales with samples and shipments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing orientation.
• Fluent English and Mandarin as the role may require to deal with Chinese speaking customers.
• Passion for architecture and design.
• Good communication skills.
• Organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA software will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every guest providing the best customer experience.
• Manage showroom walk-ins and assist visits for booked appointments.
• Collaborate with Business developers to increase showroom traffic.
• Register appointments and follow-ups in CRM (Sales Force).
• Maintain showroom to high standards and ensure cleanliness.
• Organize showroom maintenance with local suppliers.
• Manage marketing tools and inventory (catalogues, samples, folders, gadgets).
• Keep merchandising updated with latest setup.
