BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Finance professional to lead fixed assets accounting and management. You will ensure accurate asset records, advise divisions on asset policies, and drive process improvements using technology.

You will guide a team of finance professionals, foster accountability and collaboration, and support audits while maintaining governance through SOPs and documentation.

Qualificações

• Knowledge in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years' finance experience.
• Fixed assets management experience, preferably in the public sector or a large organisation.
• A forward-looking mindset with a passion for process improvement.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Able to analyse issues holistically and develop practical solutions to business challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, leadership qualities, and ability to drive workstreams and improvement projects from conceptualisation through implementation.
• Meticulous with numbers and competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AI tools, SAP, data analytics/visualisation tools & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accurate and timely recording, tracking, and reporting of fixed assets per accounting policies and SB-FRS.
• Serve as SME on PTO-held fixed assets and advise divisions on policy and treatment.
• Identify gaps in fixed assets processes and lead improvements, including technology-enabled workflows.
• Strengthen governance with updated SOPs, guidelines and documentation.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and collaboration.
