Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy with approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Workday financial systems and proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills to convey financial information clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify vendor invoices to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Process invoices promptly and accurately according to service level agreements.
• Verify expense claims for compliance, proper documentation and approval by relevant authorities.
• Liaise with divisions or claimants to resolve discrepancies in invoices or claims.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals, reconciliations, reporting and audit schedule preparation.
• Lead finance projects focused on automation and operational enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Manage fixed assets and operating lease accounting, including asset capitalization and disposals.
• Conduct periodic fixed asset verification and reconcile asset records.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve finance-related issues and perform additional assigned duties.
