Job summary

DELUGE FIRE PROTECTION (S.E.A.) PTE LTD is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller for Fire Protection Systems to join our MEP team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining BIM models for fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.

This role requires proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with a focus on attention to detail and effective communication skills. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field and have 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically in fire protection systems.
• Proficient in Autodesk tools and familiar with international fire protection standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for accurate integration.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
