DELUGE FIRE PROTECTION (S.E.A.) PTE LTD is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller for Fire Protection Systems to join our MEP team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining BIM models for fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.

This role requires proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with a focus on attention to detail and effective communication skills. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field and have 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller – Fire Protection Systems to join our MEP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models focused on fire protection systems in accordance with project standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for fire protection systems (e.g., sprinklers, fire hose reels, extinguishers, alarms) using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure accurate integration of fire protection systems within the overall building design.
• Coordinate closely with the internal project team to align BIM deliverables with project requirements.
• Prepare, update, and manage shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure all models comply with applicable codes, standards (e.g., NFPA), and client requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Support engineers by incorporating design changes and updating BIM models accordingly.
• Attend site and coordination meetings related to the model and design as required.
• Actively participate in project review meetings and provide BIM-related inputs.
• Maintain proper model documentation, file management, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, Building Services, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically in fire protection systems.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with international fire protection standards such as NFPA, FM Global, or local fire codes.
• Experience in large-scale MEP or building construction projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Experience with BIM 360, Dynamo, or other BIM automation tools.
