Job summary
Rico DFMA Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator to join our multi-discipline design team.
You will design, prepare and update fire protection layouts using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure drawings meet requirements.
Candidates with 2+ years in M&E and strong Revit MEP/AutoCAD skills will thrive; training is provided for applicants with lesser experience.
Qualifications
- Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or School of Design or relevant qualifications.
- Relevant minimum experience of 2 years in the M&E field, preferably in fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and other BIM software; MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection system design principles and standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, prepare and update fire protection system layouts using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software.
- Coordinate and liaise with PM/PE and Main Con on detail drawings and site requirements.
- Draft outlines and detailed drawings to the required scale; revise as needed.
- Maintain drawing records, review drawings before submission, and collaborate with designers and site engineers.
- Engage with customers to discuss engineering issues and ensure timely deliverables.
