Job summary

WONG HUAT ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a BIM/MEP designer to prepare 3D BIM models in Revit MEP and 2D shop drawings in AutoCAD for Fire Protection and ACMV projects. You will update models as new information becomes available and ensure accuracy of shop drawings for submission.

You will work closely with project teams, attend BIM coordination meetings, and handle related tasks under the supervision of the Project Manager/Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Singapore (Mechanical Building Services: FIRE & ACMV).
• Knowledge of Singapore Standards (CP52, CP10, SS575).
• Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM models (3D in Revit MEP) and shop drawings (2D in AutoCAD) for submission per schedule.
• Update BIM models with latest information and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Coordinate closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.

Job description

1. To prepare BIM Model (3D in Revit MEP) & Shop Drawings (2D in AutoCAD) for Submission as per schedule. (Fire Protection & ACMV)

2. Update BIM Model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of Shop Drawings.

3. Work closely with Project Teams on drawing amendments & updates.

4. Attend BIM Coordination meeting.

5. Any other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager / Director.

Requirements

6. Able to work under pressure.
