Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a well-established Singapore-based engineering contractor to hire a Project Modeller.

You will develop 2D/3D drawings, build BIM models, and support design through construction on commercial projects. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration with engineers and project managers. This project-based role offers a hands-on environment where you will update drawings per site conditions, perform clash checks,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Engineering, Architecture, BIM or related discipline.
• 1–5 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with shop and as-built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Update and amend drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Create and maintain BIM models for construction projects.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and site teams on design coordination.
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
• Assist project teams in managing BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Modeller to support a growing portfolio of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineers and Project Managers to develop BIM models, prepare construction drawings, and support project delivery from design through construction.Candidates with experience in commercial building projects and fire protection systems will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
• Update and amend drawings based on site conditions and project requirements
• Create and maintain BIM models for construction projects
• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and site teams on design coordination
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities
• Assist project teams in managing BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1-5 years of relevant BIM modelling or drafting experience
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Experience working on commercial construction projects is preferred
• Knowledge or experience in fire protection systems will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
