Job summary

DSCO Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a BIM Specialist to develop and maintain BIM models for Electrical and Fire Protection systems using Autodesk Revit.

You will produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and installation drawings to support project delivery. The role involves coordinating with mechanical, structural, architectural, and other MEP disciplines; performing clash detection with Navisworks; updating models with design revisions and site feedback; and ensuring BEP compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM for Electrical and Fire Protection systems.
• Proficiency in producing detailed BIM models and 2D drawings.
• Ability to coordinate BIM across MEP disciplines and with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for Electrical and Fire Protection systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and installation drawings.
• Prepare detailed layouts for lighting systems, power distribution, small power systems, cable trays and conduits, earthing and lightning protection systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire protection piping.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and applicable codes.
• Assist engineers in preparing quantity take-offs and construction documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project delivery.
• Maintain organized BIM libraries, families, and project documentation.
• Support as-built model updates and project handover documentation.
