The role involves planning, risk identification, and close collaboration with the sales and service teams to deliver projects on time and within contract. Entry-level candidates are welcome; willingness to work odd hours is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Building Services, M&E or construction with 1+ years experience.
• Competent in Chiller Plant and airside replacement.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Ability to interact with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Willingness to work odd hours when required.
• Entry-level candidates welcome to apply.
• Eagerness to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Device project implementation methodologies.
• Plan and oversee work schedule for multiple projects with supervisor.
• Identify risks and propose resolutions.
• Establish effective communication with customers.
• Track progress and project health for supervisors.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and audits of suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Identify and secure variation orders.
• Manage costs and financial commitments.
• Oversee subcontractors on site and coordinate materials deliveries.
• Assist Sales team with tender/bid processes.
• Hand over project to customer and service team.
