Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree with at least 1 year in building services, M&E, or construction.
• Experience with chiller plant and airside replacements.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and basic project software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees activity to ensure project is completed in accordance with scope, budget, codes, and schedule.
• Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects.
• Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project.
• Coordinates the work of subcontractors.
• Plan and oversee work schedule for the project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend resolutions.
