Job summary

JOHNSON CONTROLS (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a project engineer to oversee building services projects, ensuring scope, budget and schedule are met. You will delegate tasks, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain client communications on all phases.

You will manage risks, monitor progress, perform QA/QC audits of suppliers, and work with Sales for tender bidding. Experience in Fire Protection systems and chiller plant is valued; odd hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree with minimum 1 year relevant experience in Building Services, M&E or construction (Fire Protection preferred).
• Competent in Chiller Plant and airside replacement.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Coordinate communication with customers during all phases.
• Supervise sub-contractors on site.
• Plan and oversee work schedule for multiple projects.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend resolutions.
• Monitor progress and project health to supervisors.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and perform supplier audits.
