Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore seeks an engineering professional to oversee building services projects from scope to handover. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC policies while maintaining strong client relations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Building Services/M&E with at least 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Services, M&E or construction.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Coordinate communication with customer during all phases.
• Oversee work of subcontractors and on-site teams.
• Monitor QA/QC and ensure compliance with codes and specs.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
• Assist sales team with tender bidding and project handover.
