Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead fire protection initiatives from planning to delivery. You will own budgets, schedules, and client relationships, coordinating engineering, procurement and field teams to ensure safety, quality and on-time execution.

You will drive financial performance, risk reviews and continuous improvements while collaborating with regional stakeholders to achieve project goals and uphold Johnson Controls' safety standards.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management with 8+ years in fire industry operations.
• Proven track record delivering results with accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive project financial performance, reviews and budgets.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and deliverables.
• Lead and coach the project team to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate cash flow planning and cost control.
• Optimize scope, schedule and cost to maximize customer success and profitability.
• Manage risk reviews and opportunities; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with fire code practice and JC Tyco products.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
