Alpha Ladder Group seeks a Head of Operations for its Wealth Division to lead day‑to‑day ops while shaping the next‑gen financial platform for digital and traditional assets. Formación

• Proven experience leading an operations function in financial services — asset management, brokerage, fund administration, custody, or a comparable capital markets environment
• Direct experience with securities/fund operations and exposure to digital asset operations is valued
• Track record designing or scaling operational systems and processes in a regulated environment
• Strong reconciliation and controls mindset with ownership of books and records

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and develop an operations team to support a growing wealth business
• Establish clear operating procedures, workflows, and escalation paths
• Act as the operational point of accountability for the wealth division to senior management
• Partner with Product and Technology to design a next‑generation platform spanning digital and traditional assets
• Design and specify systems and workflows for a unified operating model across asset classes
• Identify and resolve gaps between on‑chain settlement and traditional asset servicing
• Build and maintain MIS and regulatory reporting for the wealth business
• Ensure books and records meet CMS‑licensed standards
• Contribute to onboarding of new products, venues, and counterparties with due diligence
• Escalate incidents and drive post‑mortem processes
• Support client servicing and query resolution for statements and actions
