This role suits a recent graduate or analyst with early industry experience and includes in-depth training on analytics behind our products.

Qualifications

• Recent STEM degree graduate (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, C#.
• Strong problem-solving with a results-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and how customers use them.
• Analyze trade data to ensure system requirements and success metrics are met.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve support issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of customers to maximize value.
